BRUSCH is a Romanian IT company that functions predominately as a provider of IT-Sourcing and Nearshoring services. At the same time, BRUSCH supports IT companies entering the Romanian market.
Our key function is supporting companies in filling vacant positions for specific projects. BRUSCH uses an extensive pool of Romanian experts in IT and embedded electronics who can be relocated “on site” to the respective country. Remote solutions, such as moving software development or testing activities to Romania, are equally possible.

BRUSCH has successfully specialized in the Romanian IT and electronics market and has evolved into a bridge for trained, experienced and multi-lingual IT and electronics experts to enter Western European labor markets.
Aside from the headquarters in Sibiu/Romania, BRUSCH also has representative offices in Germany and Finland.
