2005 | Continuous growth of client database and expansion of partner network |
2006 | Foundation of BRUSCH SRL (Ltd) in Romania as a basis for new business opportunities in view of Romania joining the European Union |
2007 | Romania joins the European Union, the first BRUSCH projects in Romania and Germany |
2008 | Expansion of business activity in Finland; BRUSCH reaches a turnover of EUR 650,000. |
2009 | BRUSCH continues to extend its business and grows to 21 employees and consultants in April; BRUSCH supports a world famous IT company in entering the Romanian market |
2009 | Year of crisis, but BRUSCH manages to increase its turnover to EUR 950,000 and its number of employees to 22 |
2010 | October: BRUSCH has already reached its annual objective. The turnover keeps growing by more than 30% and we have just hired our 31 employee |
2011 | The BRUSCH employees from the three countries meet in August in Germany for the second team event held within the company |
2011 | December: BRUSCH's turnover grew by 90% in comparison to 2010. Also, BRUSCH has a number of 50 employees and consultants at the moment |
Leadership:
Gustav Bruckner and Axel Schwarz are the two founders and directors of BRUSCH Company.
| Gustav Bruckner was born in 1958 in Prejmer/Tartlau, Brasov County, Romania. During 1984-2003 he worked in the ITC industry in Germany. After conducting research at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, he became Project Developer and Manager for industrial software at BAS GmbH. From 1995 he worked for the US company CSC (Computer Sciences Corporation), in Business Unit Telcom & Media with an emphasis on the development of Mediation Devices. This was followed by the management of the Global Support Centre for Billing Applications and the entire responsibility for marketing and distribution of its business unit until it was sold to TelesensKSCL AG from Cologne in 2000. At TelesensKSCL AG, he was in charge of distribution for Southern and Eastern Europe. In 2003 he decided to make use of the IT potential in his native Romania, left mainly undiscovered until then. |
| Axel Schwarz was born in 1963 in Duisburg, Germany. Since his early studies as an economic engineer, he worked as a self-employed IT consultant for Karlsruher Lebensversicherung, DG Bank and Postbank. After completing his studies, he continued his career in IT at Alldata SDV in Düsseldorf as Project Manager and Senior Consultant. He became Sales and Marketing Director for CAF GmbH, a special IT provider for insurance companies and banks and shortly after a partner and shareholder. After successfully selling the company in 2001, he became part of the administration of US-Indian Convansys in Germany. Following intense 6-year collaboration with the Indian colleagues, he decided to use his IT-Sourcing and Outsourcing knowledge within the Romanian BRUSCH company. |
